The Venue

China Harbor’s Lake View Ballroom (upstairs, 2nd floor)
2040 Westlake Ave N, Seattle (Google map)

Local tangueros hit China Harbor every week for Seattle’s popular Monday night milonga on the first floor, but we have secured the Lake View Ballroom on the 2nd floor complete with its breath-taking views of Lake Union. Seattleites, you will love this change of scenery in one of our favorite locations, and we encourage out-of-towners to stay an extra night so you can come back Monday night for the regular China Harbor milonga.

**Take note: Due to Washington state laws, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at China Harbor and will be confiscated. NO EXCEPTIONS!**

Getting around in Seattle

Besides taxis, Seattle has a few great options for getting around...

By public transport
Get a King County Metro Orca card and use it on all local public buses, water taxis, and ferries (walk-on only). The number 40 bus stops right in front of the venue (get off at Crockett Street). Use the handy One Bus Away app (iOS, Android, Windows) and/or Google Maps to get exact timings and directions.

By car

Uber - your own private taxi service. This is probably the safest and economical way to travel around Seattle. Most rides cost under $10. Use this coupon code to sign up and get your first ride free! Riding with friends? You can also split fares with this service.

Car2Go - sign-up for this car-sharing service and drive a tiny smart car around town.
